Increased Traffic from plugin?

I have randomly had a sizable increase in traffic on the roads. I didn’t install anything relating to increasing the density in traffic and have only installed a few plugins. 

 

This is increased has lowered my FPS and created memory errors that I haven’t had before. (I have 16 gigs of RAM)

 

I looked around at some of the descriptions and have not noticed any plugin that ups traffic that isn’t specifically made for it. 

 

Anyone know what it could be so I can change something and bring my FPS back up?

    do you have your ragepluginhook.log to look at to determine what it may be?

    My plugins by me are on this site in addition to my own site as well.
