New topic for my second issue, as my last topic about crashes was resolved.

Whenever I go on duty, as soon as I exit the station in my car, about 3-4 seconds later I have an enemy marker show up of a car driving towards me, if I shoot and kill them, more markers spawn and chase me down. 

I should specify this only happens when on duty, driving around normally I don't have this issue.

I have a few different scripts installed;

I should also note, LCPDFR gives me a message when playing that I am using an outdated version, even though I only just downloaded it today;

 

I have no idea what this issue could possibly be. Anyone have any idea's? I've tried disabling the trainers I'm using but so far no luck

No, they always spawn in 4WD's/SUV's, and they are nearly always dressed as gang members

What mods have you recently added?   None that I saw from your screenshots jump out at me as being the culprit.

 

Also, please include a screenshot of the LSPDFR folder within Plugins.

Recently I haven't added anything,

I was having these issues on my original base game with all the mods I had, I had a spare game folder copy which was bare, so I dragged down a few mods (not all of them though) and installed a fresh copy of LSPDFR and then the newer RPH.

I was wondering if the issue could be the LivelyWorld script I have

I'm not sure at all though

I use Lively World and have yet to ever have this happen.  Have you verified 100% this only happens when going on duty?

As far as I've seen, started a new game and I'm up to the Paleto Heist and never once seen this issue occur before trying to go on duty within LSPDFR

Also, since I've installed LSPDFR I haven't seen this issue occur when off duty, I can drive around normally and everything is fine - it's only when I pick a car and exit the station that this happens

Go ahead and temporarily remove Lively World, please.  Lets go ahead and start ruling out mods to find the cause.

Removed it and didn't fix it. 

Removed ArrestWarrant, issue still appearing

As soon as the pop-up appears saying 'You are now on-duty as a Police Officer' is when two SUV's with gang members inside spawn and attempt to hunt me down.

Actually....I haven't played the story mode in a long time, so can't remember specific mission names - are you at a part in the story where Trevor and Michael are banished from the city?  If so, that's why this is happening. 

Nah - this is the part where you rob the bank and then get to use the minigun against the army and responding police - I haven't got up to that part yet

This shows they always spawn in SUV's, and they are always latino as well

side note - removing BetterChases doesn't fix it either. I don't really have anything else to remove in scripts folder that affects gameplay, I'm so confused right now

Yeah this is the bit where michael is banished to stay with trevor. Omfg. Lol.

Side note, I can't get past that part of the story anyway as the Paleto heist keeps crashing on me when I go to get on the train to escape

Don't load into the game via Rage.  Load in via Steam/GTA 5.exe and try playing the heist.

Yeah I was loading via the GTA .exe and it was crashing, long before downloading LSPDFR.

I ended up downloading a game save from just after that mission instead.

well to be honest I didn't even play the missions after the first game saves of 100% was released as I didn't want to deal with that lol.
