If you still need help with creating liveries, I'll be willing to help out. Also, what about the Triborough Bridge and Tunnel Authority vehicles that so many people (both New Yorkers and non-New Yorkers) confuse with the NYSP vehicles? I'd love to see some of those, and may be able to help model a light bar using AutoCAD. Let me know if you'd like some assistance.
