Yes i am

It says i do not have Visual C++ 2010 but i do and i even checked the uninstall thing in the control panel...but when i ran it, it said C:windowssystem32MVCR100.dll is either not designed to run on windows or it contains an error, so i pressed okay then it said sorry your system/installation is not supported those are the two things that pop up during the diagnostics scan.

It worked before then i had to reboot my computer...not restart...then it didnt work again.
