Advice needed

Featured Replies

Hey everyone!

I need some advice. I've been playing around with paint.net making skins for captain14's car packs. I need some advice on making the license plate a little more realistic. My plates always look like they were just painted on. If this is the wrong forum for this sort of question, I apologize.

thank you for moving this to the correct forum. I still don't know what im doing

You're welcome, it's quite alright.

I need donations to help fund my food addiction. DM for details 😂

Im not familiar with paint.net or its capabilities. In photoshop i paint the layer and put a slightly darker color around the edges and add noise to it. Add your text and add bevel to it, this gives the text a 3D kind of look. Here is a video of making textures, if you skip to 39:54 it will show you how i do the licence plates
