I do not know why but when I try to make the cop character shout some speech at the armed suspects during a shoot out, I can barely hear it... The volume is turned to maximum, and the firing sounds make me feel as though I am really there, but I cannot really hear the speech cause it is simply to soft... Is it just me?

Yep, Just you. Try turning the volume for "Speech" in the main settings.

Nope...it's behind your ear......Yes in the game

Sorry, I didn't mean speech, it's something else. Pause the game and head to audio and see if any of the sliders are low.
