Can i ask you some question . so i can know what is the problem or error you are experiencing .

1. What version are you using , Bought , Steam or torrent ???

2. have you install window live , and upgrade your microsoft framework or etc .

3. have you upgrade to 1.070 For GTA 4 ??? and "" (IF )" you are using EFLC , you should Upgrade to 1.120 patch .

4. try running it as adminstrator

One is call setup exe. and another is call title update . try both and whether one of these work

i have framework 4 its bought i upgraded to 1.070 but idk about eflc

i also tried the razor crack just now and its giving me a rmn30 error but i have a 32 bit not 64

no im useing a retail i just ran out of so many idea i just tried to used a crack i bought the game trust me but im about to take it back
