The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

Idk why but all of a sudden when I play LSPDFR I keep getting an error message on the bottom left of my screen that says "LSPD First Response has crahsed" Im really confused s to what it is because i even downloaded the lspdfr troubleshooter by Albo 1125 and when it scans my Rage exe it says there's no errors. I've seen that this is a fairly common problem so there has to be a way to fix it I just don't know what it is.

In your main GTA V directory open up the commandline.txt.  Is there anything in it? If yes, delete it all and save.  Next, open Rage's settings and make sure "enable counter measures against online vehicles" is not enabled.

Ok I did it. It wasn't enabled. I'm gonna start up the game now 

It still ended up crashing

Go into your plugins folder.  Right click LSPD First Response.dll-->properties.  Uncheck "read only mode". Do the same for LSPD First Response.pdb.

Read only mode isn't selected, hidden mode is though
