updated to rage pluggin 0.56 ... now will only go to loading story mode screen and no further ... never had this issue in the past

Temporarily remove every single plugin you have except LSPDFR and try loading in.

Remove both LSPD First Response.dll and the .dnb and try loading in.

Try using it, please.

Install once again LSPDFR into your GTA V directory, don't launch it.

Then download the newest version of RagePluginHook and RageNativeUI here :

Put all the files correctly in your game folder and try starting the game, use RagePluginHook application to launch your game.
Put them in order I just told you

Small thingy

I had this problem before. Just open OpenIV, go to your mods folder and press "Edit mode". A green banner should pop up and it'll update the update.rpf for you.
