after using the computer and walking back up to the vehicle it says to issue tickets press left control and up and its not working at all

Issuing tickets isn't part of Computer+.  Try changing the keybinding from "up" to something else, such as left control+W.

Ok i will try that. Yea it's weird after I write in the computer it gives me the option to hand the citations I made in the car to the driver which ideally would happen in real life and it just doesn't happen. Haha

Oh, that's my fault.  The option to hand them the ticket is from Computer+, I just forgot since I'm still on an earlier version of it.  Try checking Computer+'s INI.

Dont worry its not a big deal haha, i checked and its not in the computer ini which is strange. it kills me that you need the numpad for a lot of things. there is a way to change them but i have no idea how to use that.

I could be wrong, but if there isn't a numpad, I'd think the keybind would reset to the equivalent on a regular keyboard.

i suspected this myself but it didnt which is strange. i tried the Y key and that was a no go its no bueno lol

You can try asking the mod author, but I'm not sure if there's anything that can be done.

I did ask the mod author and he wanted me to install the program that can change these setups but i am not that computer inclined just yet to be messing with that kind of stuff. baby steps for me. he wont be adding a file to change the keys which i think could be huge and beneficial.
