Hello, I have watched the numerous videos on You Tube concerning this mod, and I am very interested in playing this version.  I have downloaded all the needed files from this website, however I can not get it to load on my Xbox One.  Can someone please, help me with the "correct" steps I need to take, or this mod is only for PC's.  I thank you for any information concerning this matter. 

LSPDFR is a PC only mod.

Yes, Sir I really thank you for all of your help concerning my issue.  I love the GTA game series, but I am a cop in real life.  This game version  is so realistic.

Unfortunately, I'm not computer savvy in terms of specs and what will or won't work.   I'd check your specs, then check the minimum required for GTA and see if your laptop would be able to handle it.

The issue I'm having is the game speed is so slow, like it's delayed. I have checked the Ram, and memory on my laptop which is fine. Please, can you provide me with any help?

Try launching GTA V either via Steam or via the GTA5.exe.  Once in game, drive around and try playing.  Does it still lag pretty bad?

I sign in into rock star social club, the game is downloaded on my computer though. Do you think it's streaming?

It shouldn't be.  When you say it's delayed, you mean in game, correct?  Just launch GTA via the GTA5.exe.  I'm trying to determine if it's something with a mod or your laptop.

Yes, the game appears to have a glitch like it's moving in slow motion.

When you're playing, do you have your laptop's charging cable plugged in?

If the game still lags even when not playing modded, your laptop might not be powerful enough for GTA.
