so I have been a lot of people say you can run lspdfr on gta v retail but when ever I try it does not work at all no matter what I do it does not work everything like custom cars ,sirens els everything but lspdfr runs and works so I need help I have updated it and updated ragehook but it has not done anything at all

when you install it, it just dose not say it has loaded with rage hook no matter what you do it dose not load
