1. Since I came back a week ago to LSPDFR (haven't played it for 2 months) I noticed that when I arrest someone, put them in my police car and then take them out (for whatever reason), they stop being your arestee (is this even a word?) and they run away, you can not arrest them, they don't follow you etc. It wasn't like this before. It completely destroys if you want to take prisoner to the cell yourself, they just don't follow you to the cell... But also sometimes I forget something so I have to take them out from the car myself and they just run away, etc.

 

2. Actually these are 2 problems in one, both concerning Computer+. Sometimes when I make a citation there, all the data disappears and I have to type their name, address, car info, all this myself :/. I think it happes after our 1st citation (it always clears out all the automatic data on the 2nd and later stops). Another problem is very miniscule but I still wanted to ask about it. After I create traffic report or arrest report, save it, it's there, but if I turn off the ped window, open up it again, it's not there anymore. I can give citations just fine, but both citations and arrest reports kinda don't save. Is this normal?

Well, referring to your first problem, press Left Shift + T to grab a ped. 

 

Second, yes this is normal. Computer+ won’t save your traffic citations and arrest reports.

Well yes, I know how to grab a ped, and I can do it right after i arrest them, they also follow me then etc. It works normal. But if I put them in my car and then get them out of my car, they just run, i can't stop them (holding E/right dpad) and they just don't respond, but only run away in cuffs.
