For the helicopter part, I've no idea. But I do know the drunk camera is caused by a cracked .exe.

As for the complete slowdown, it could be you graphics card waving its last flag, on my old laptop when the GPU was failing, it slowed down to a crawl. Have you been keeping it well ventilated?

Processor: Intel i5-6600 @ 3.30GHz

GPU: MSI ARMOR GeForce GTX 1080 OC

Ram: 16GB Skylake

You seriously wanna know. Probably not.

Radeon HD 6450 OEM. Lovely, aint it. I know it isn't very good, but I can run the game. I should be getting a new one sometime too, as soon as I get a response in unr3al's thread, or here...I'd like a new card for my PC, but don't know what will fit:

Windows 7 Home Premium

Dell XPS 8300

Intell Core i5-2320 CPU 3.00 GHz

6 GB RAM

64-bit

Thanks, hope someone can help me...

rule of thumb for me....SCREW THE OEM STUFF AND BUY A NEW CARD lol

If it's in integrated system graphics....I say chuck it..insert new card and go from there...I had to drop in a new PSU and card, and my GTA runs great

You need to know your PSU's output, you also need to know if your computer has PCIe X16 slots, some cards require two of these

and im telling you...you need to certain things about your computer first....like your power supply unit's (PSU) output in terms of wattage, and if your mother board has PCIe x16 slots most gfx cards are PCIe x16 unlike older PCI cards

Look up computer specs for PCIe info.....PSU output...open the case...locat the box where your power cord comes into it...find label...read...

Okay, I figured what was wrong. My Trainer decided to F- with me... 😞

Okay, I figured out what my computer was. It's a PCI-E 2.0 x16. I have found two cars will work well, the GTX 550 and Radeon HD 6770. Which is better? They are both super cheap off of Newegg, and I heard they will work well. Is that right? How many FPS on high settings? My card now can get 25 FPS max on low settings...without shadows!

EDIT: Sorry, didn't notice my above post, lol. Just posted.
