Vehicles losing fuel without any reason

Hi,

all my police cars, even if I spawn them via trainer saved cars or emergency vec. are loosing their fuel.

 

Would be kind if someone could help me.

Have you modified anything in your mods folder? 
And could you show us your main folder? :)

I didn't modified anything. It's just the police slot 2,3,4, policeb, think fbi`s and sheriff`s working, and the police 3 ( the hurks slicktop fpiu left backlight looks very weird.

EDIT: Without lspdfr it's pretty okay and everything's working...

Uhm. You have files in your main folder that don't belong there. Like CopHolster, TrafficControl.

Could be one of the scripts you have. Or plugins.

I think it might be a plugin but I don't have any clue which one it actually could be and thats worse, I have like 20 or more installed....

Here, may be confusing and actually im very comfy with computers and yea "little expert" but omg I don't get it why there are so many files wich look like they're the same but they aren't. (File locations from explorer should be visible too.

There is a lot wrong here.

First of all: Grand Theft Auto V/lspdfr is for Lspdfr and Audio files, not plugins. ;)
Sorting it out would take ages, if I were you, I'd delete it and start fresh.

/Plugins looks good. :)

/plugins/lspdfr doesn't, a bunch of outdated plugins and stuff that doesn't belong, like LSPDFR.
Redo that folder, too.

/Scripts could be your issue. rename it to _scripts.

Thank you very much. Yeah in my older versions there was like only audio but now idk what the f happened to my plugin folder or lspdfr folders audios aren't where they should be and yes. ugh I should throw myself IFO a truck than redoing this whole lspdfr thing, I think  I shouldn't do this drag and drop thing like it's may a little bit messed up.

Ok I think I did it right but if I start it ragehook first injects into the game and stops after a few secs...

it starts like enjoy playing with rage or this notification but the rage hook "loading game, adding peds etc. isn't there

Go into the Rage Settings -> Game Settings -> Command Line Switches.
Look for "Force Windowed mode." Check it.

It's still disappearing when gta shows the license and explaining the loading icons.
