As in vehicle graphics? I don't think so.

Depends on the file size. It'll cause performance loss.

Everything in PC modding has its limit. You could have the best gaming pc in the world, but it will even have its limit. I say just play around with it put as many textures as you need then when you start getting a performance loss remove some. 

Well I made a car in z3 and after installing it in my mods folder it crashes my game when I spawn it. Everything I used on the car I have used on other models with no issues. The only thing different I did was add more interior equipment so the only thing I can think is that there are too many textures in the ytd. When it crashes it says game data corrupt. I'm using it in my mods folder and I exported the car with just the lights and put it in the game and everything worked great, it started crashing after I added interior equipment. 

That's not an issue with the ytd, that's just the memory allocation set on the vehicle.
