Need Some Help Police Station

Hi, i always really had this issue when im near the mission row police station that my game crashes

i deleted every plugin but still crashing.

here is a log tested without plugins

always says the same line with 

in E:\GTA V\LSPD First Response\LSPD First Response\Mod\PoliceStationManager.cs:regel 2080
in E:\GTA V\LSPD First Response\LSPD First Response\Mod\PoliceStationManager.cs:regel 1385

i dont really get it.

changed standard pets because it says

[21-7-2017 19:38:23.955] LSPD First Response: Exception message: Operation is not valid because the specified  Rage.Ped is invalid.

too but noting 

i spawn inside the mission row pd go on duty just working fine.

then driving away and come back then it crashes
