Yes, when the Rage console appears type forceduty.  In order to get the plugins to work that are located within plugins / LSPDFR, you need to be on duty as a police officer.

Please post screenshots of your LSPDFR folder located within plugins, as well as the police scanner folder.

You have PeterUCallouts.dll in the Police Scanner folder.  Callout .DLLs and .INIs/configs should be in plugins-->LSPDFR.

deleted it from police scanner folder and still the same problem

Have you installed some of the dependencies that callout plugins require? Such as darkmyre.api, albo1125.common, etc?

Can you show us your current /plugins/lspdfr and /plugins folder?

You need help but aren't sure what you need to do / where you can get help?

If I’m not mistaken, albo1125 common should be in your MAIN GTA directory.

Just to add, you really need to read the install instructions that 99% of these plugins have.  You can also just follow the path that is in the actual download. Most plugin modders will show you where the plugin goes when you go to grab the plugin files.
