I am also having a problem. When I installed the LCPD:FR Mod (v0.95 RC2), the first time it failed. I tried it two times more and then it still failed. I downloaded all the required external software. At last, it said that the mod was installed successfully. When I tried to start GTA IV, a pop-up window appeared saying that the program has stopped working. How can I fix this? Will I have to re-install GTA IV. Please Help.
