can someone explain how i navigate to the uniforms on LSPDFR through openv 

Depends on what specific uniforms you are replacing.

Some may be under patchday 9ng, and some others may be in x.64e>models,ect.

I'm assuming you want to replace s_m_y_cop_01, which is the default (LSPD) officer ped.

 

In OpenIV / mods / x64e / models / cdimages / componentped_s_m_y.rpf

 

If the file also includes pedrops, those go in the same location, except instead of componentpeds, they go in pedrops.rpf.

ok thanks i didnt have the x64e in mods so i had to watch a video , its all done now thanks
