can someone help me figure this out I still cant get els v to work even bought new computer thinking that would help and I'm at a loss save me please

Er...I hope you didn't buy a new computer specifically for ELS.

 

Do you have ScriptHookV installed?

 

Is advncedhookv.dll in your main GTA directory?

 

Have you installted the XML file in the pack_default folder?

yes everything is where it should be just does not work, ever since like 3 updates back and cant figure it out

and no lol I bought it for lspdfr

what happens? when you press right-control+P does anything show up? 

nothing at all happens infact my player location does not work either seams to be the files from lt caine but I seam to be the only one having this problem and it worked befor updates in apr

 

 

When I get this type of behaviour from mods that I know are simple to install yet don't work, I always go back to the core files, scripthook, rage ui ect. I have found replacing these files has suddenly made else work. No idea why but it seems to fix it.

Did you by any chance press scroll lock? Doing so removes the ability to control ELS at all, this prevents ELS from conflicting with other keybinds.....it's useful, but if you forget about it, it's a pain in the butt. Try pressing scroll lock in-game, alternatively, in the bottom right hand corner of the screen, it should give you a visual idea of whether or not scroll lock has deactivated ELS keybinds, in red bold letters it'll say something in regards to ELS. 

tried reinstalling everything multiple times and no scroll locks off tried that already

and you’re sure everything is in the right place? Take a screenshot of the main GTA directory and inside the ELS folder
