Hello,

 

A person that was on the website found me and sent me a friend request on steam and he was saying how he couldn't make an LSPDFR/LCPDFR account for the website. I tried helping him through Team Viewer but it kept on coming up with an error (screenshot of error) and I am not sure why. 

 

Could I please have some help any staff member.

That error code means that something about the computer or user has been blacklisted by the IPS Spam Monitoring Service. I would encourage the user to try and sign up from another location if they need an account (an account is not needed to download anything on LCPDFR.com).

We don't manually make exceptions to the automatic checks that occur upon registration.

He tried to make an account on his phone using data and got the error Error: panopticon. What does that mean

This error means that for some reason, you are not eligible to create an account at this time as our security checks failed.

Please make sure you are not using a VPN or proxy server. Additionally, make sure you don't already have an existing account.

If you are not using a VPN, and have no existing account and are still receiving this error, then please contact the G17 Media page on Facebook for further information. (no idea how valid this is anymore?)

If you are using Google Chrome's web proxy on mobile (also known as data compression), you will have to turn this feature off to login/register.
