There's nothing in your log about said crash.  At what point is it crashing?

i loaded into the game and think i was at the peleto bay station so i went around to the back and changed the weather to extra sunny and then the time to noon. i then spawned in my vehicle and changed my skin to my EUP officer and then it was either after that or after i forced duty that it crashed

Sounds good. Since your log isn't giving any type of information as to the crash, it's a guessing game at this point as to whether or not the cars are the issue.

so i tried getting rid of a few of the vehicles and the game was working for a longer period of time than it was before but it then crashed and the crash report seems to be different from before

It's progress, as your game is loading more now.  I hate to say it, but it looks like you're going to need to remove most, if not all your modded cars.

alright, i am a little annoyed about that but at least that will probably get my game working! thank you so much for all of your help! really do appreciate it!! if you hadn't helped me then i probably wouldn't have gotten nearly as far as i am now!! thank you again!
