Roto Ray Light for Fire Trucks

I believe the was an unlocked firetruck with one for GTA IV somewhere, can't quite remember where though

I saw one for 5 before in a clan video.... Cant remember which one. Oh wait!

1:30 in the video, you will see Engine 7 with one on it. I believe you see it working later in the video.

That does look pretty good. I wonder if someone will eventually make a truck with one for this.
