Hey, Everyone! I am currently having an issue (have had the issue for a while) that affects my components on the police cars. I have a few police vehicles that are able to have the components change but when I go to change the components, a light on the light bar (or any other emergency light on the vehicle) will blink real quick but none of the components will change. I have ELS installed, I did remove the els file for that certain vehicle to see if it would help but it didn't seem to fix the problem. Any help would be appreciated.

The way ELS works is that it utilizes the extras/components for all the lights.  There are some ELS models that do have extras you can toggle on/off, such as rambars.  

I downloaded this unmarked CVPI and if you look at the pictures, you'll see where the spotlights are turned. I want to enable the feature but can't figure it out. Here is the car

If you look at my review, I posted some screenshots, one of which shows the spotlight is turned/flipped for me.  If it's an extra, look through the components in the trainer and just keep enabling/disabling them till you find the spotlight.  I believe the spotlight spawned like that when I spawned the car in.

I have flipped through all the components on the car and it just flashes the lights in the rear light bar... :/

I'd ask the mod author.  The only thing I can think of is that he modeled it that way, then changed his mind.
