I don't see a red blip. The car just stops because of the sirens.

Did you change your sprint/run key in GTA?  If so, use whatever button you use to sprint.

Thank you a ton for the help! Just followed the tutorial you gave me, and manually installed it. It works now! But I have one problem. That is when I press F4 to launch the console it doesn't pop up. I know its there because I wrote loadplugin and pressed tab and it loaded up LSPDFR, but I can't see the "physical" ingame form of the console.

There are alot of people that already had this problem, you might want to find a forum that has that solved. If not go to ragepluginhooks discord server and ask support to help you.
