LSPDFR / GTA 5 won't start! Please help!

The game, won't start when I double click the ragepluginhook program inside the gta 5 folder.  The game launched without the mod before I double clicked on the lspdfr program and went through the installation progress. How do I fix this?

Try right clicking RagePluginHook, "run as administrator".

That doesn't solve it. Still in the same loop. (not running and trying to do it again)

Open Rage, and go into its settings.  Next, go to advanced settings and see if the option "disable directx hook" is checked/enabled.  If it is, uncheck it.

How do I do that? Where do I find the settings? I can't get passed the white screen where it checks if i have f.ex Framework installed. As I remember, I didn't checkmark disable directx hook when I installed it.

When you click Rage to open it, the Rage window should come up.  There you will see a gear icon in the lower left of the Rage logo. Click that.

 

Or does the Rage screen not even appear?

The rage screen doesn't appear. This is everything that appears.

Can you please take screenshots of your GTA V directory so we can take a look at your files and make sure everything is there?  Thanks.

In your GTA V directory, open up command line.txt, type in -scofflineonly and try again.

Still no success :/ I updated the command line.txt file and edited it so it looks like this

Got 4 errors, first one said that my rage plugin hook was not up to date. So I went over to the website and downloaded RAGE Plugin Hook - Open Alpha - 0.55.1131.11501, which I am certain I downloaded the first time. But went ahead and gave it an another go by downloading it and doing the extracting method once again. No success. Second error said that the Plugins folder wasn't downloaded.  I clicked on the automatically fix button and went to the next error. The two next ones said that I didnt have Albo1125 installed, and RageNativeUI installed. I extracted both of those zip files into folders inside C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Grand Theft Auto V.

 

Ran the RagePluginHook twice. Once in normal mode, and once in administrator mode. No success again :/

I really appreciate that you take some of your time to help me! Thanks alot.

 

EDIT: Ran the test again, got two errors. One for the Albo1125 thing, where it said it couldn't locate it. Fixed it by taking the .dll file out of the folder and replacing it in the GTA5 folder library instead of having it in a seperate folder. Also got an error saying that RAGE Plugin Hook wasn't updated. I have downloaded the latest release. I am 99% sure.

I apologize for the delay, had something to do.  The Rage version you downloaded is indeed the latest.  When you downloaded the latest Rage, did you just replace all the Rage files, or delete the previous ones?

Replaced, some of them were already deleted after uninstalling lspdfr aswell. The rest just got replaced.

About the delay, no worries at all. You don't need to apologize.

Just to clarify, in your opening post, you said you double clicked the LSPDFR program.  Did you mean Rage, or a file named LSPDFR?

First I double clicked Rage, it lauched and booted me up into story mode with no mods enabled. Afterwards I double clicked the lspdfr031setup.exe file and went through the installation. Then double clicked Rage, with no success.
