I agree with ModdingKing, looks like some sort of Modified Whelen Edge. Have never seen this for IV though.

Again....as the three posts above yours all agree on...Possibly modified WHELEN EDGE 9000!

I said Possibly because it seems smaller and wider just how I see it, though my mind could be playing tricks on me....but that defiantly is an Edge just some one is repeating his question again when the answer has been said

Yes, I (and the rest of the posters to this thead) am 100% sure that this particular lightbar used by the HKPF is the Whelen Edge 9000. It looks exactly like this, except with the clear strobes colored. To have that lightbar in the game, all you have to do is download a model you want with a Whelen Edge 9000, then modify the textures (in "emerglights," if applicable) so that the middle black part (if no takedowns are there instead, since some have takedowns where the black part is) and the strobes match the lightbar of the HKPF.

Just FYI, if you were to talk about the other lightbar used by the HKPF, such as the one in this picture, that would be either the TBD-10L14P-48 or the TBD-10S6P-48. But that's a different story.
