This looks wonderful! A few other call outs that might be a good addition could be; Amber Alert, Overdose and keys locked in vehicle with child/animal. Can't wait to give your call outs a try! Keep up the great work!

Given that the author hasn't been active since July 2017, I'd hazard a guess that this promising pack is no longer being worked on.
