I have recently installed the new scripthook update after the most recent gta 5 update. The game does not go past the loading screen. I have uninstalled OPENV and still have no success.

install open iv again

 

 go to edit when you are in the mods folder in open iv go to  update, then update.rpf

 

it will say theres a new copy of that file update it then done it will work after that

 

just remeber it will change all the stuff you have put in that folder  so like gameconfig or visualsetttings handlering file etc so if you have changed any copy them out then update it then add them back in

In openiv, it should've had a green banner at the top right saying to update the update folder in your mods folder. Check it and if it does, update it. If you use some type of visualsetting, you will need to reinstall it.
