The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

Hello,

 

First off, I have not gotten LSPDFR yet.

My question is, will I still be able to download cars, weapon, and ped models for LSPDFR since OpenIV has shut down?

If not, is there any work around?

You can still download them but i'm almost 100% sure that as of right now you can't install them unless you have an older version of OpenIV installed already.  However i'm sure there will be another mod in the future that replaces OpenIV. Modding is something that will always exist and I dont think the community as a whole  will let OpenIV being taken away be the end of it.
