    I installed my game after the latest GTA 5 update was released. This is how I got my game to work on the old RPH_0_52_1061_10387_ALPHA.

    You can still download them but i'm almost 100% sure that as of right now you can't install them unless you have an older version of OpenIV installed already.  However i'm sure there will be another mod in the future that replaces OpenIV. Modding is something that will always exist and I dont think the community as a whole  will let OpenIV being taken away be the end of it.

    If you don' have windwos 10, and the creator update then this is not your problem.
