Okay so, when I reinstalled GTA 5 on my new computer(before it was on my old computer and I haven't played GTA for a long time) and I downloaded Rage Hook Plugin and LSPDFR and I moved everything from Rage Hook Plugin folder to "C:\Program Files\Rockstar Games\Grand Theft Auto V" and yes I downloaded the newest Rage Hook Plugin!! And I see this:

THEN UPDATE IT!!

 

Doubt it's hard to boot the launcher of the game and let it update.

I already replied to that. You boot the game, you'll have the Rockstar Social Club launcher opening, and it'll update. You don't even have to do anything.
