The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

I have script hook V and native trainer installed so I changed the default key to start up the mod from F4 to F3, then z but it stillo did not work, police stations are appearing and that is about it... Please help I am new to this.

After the windows creator update there has been issue regarding this.

Go to windows settings and un-check and turn off everything.

Make sure you do the same for DVR under gaming.

 

This will allow you to enter police stations and go on duty.
