The entire city of Los Santos loads fine with large buildings.

But when I get to Sandy Shores... the roads are transparent and cars just fall right through.

 

 

My GPU is strong enough to load GTA V.

how about your cpu?

Strong enough

16 gb RAM

i7 2600 CPU

1050ti 4gb mini GPU

 

It worked fine before

 

Actually it's not just Sandy Shores, even in the city it doesn't load.

No, I still have the problem.

I lowered my graphics and still have problems.

Disable your anti-virus and see if that helps, it helped me when i had the same problem, I also reinstalled LSPDFR and Directx.

I'm going to re-install LSPDFR

I am tempted to just re-mod my game.

Yeah if it doesn´t work that is probably the best option, before you do that tho verify the integrity of the game files through steam.

I didn't buy it through steam.

I could use the set-up tool to "repair" the game.

 

I really don't want to re-mod the game.

A lot of time and effort.
