I have a big problem. If i change my secundary lights (with K) the turnsignal starts. The same thing with the warning lights (with L). I tried to change the buttoms in the els config file but then this happend. Its stuck on every car

I'm not great with ELS, however is it possible that you have edited anything in the config?

The turn signals are most likely caused by a trainer. You can either go into the trainer and disable keybinds, or go into the trainer's INI and change the keybindings.
