It means his PM is disabled.  Some members will do this if they don't want to receive any messages. 

 

Never mind, Lundy is right. 

You have too many messages in your inbox. Delete some old ones.

Just FYI I am not working anymore on any of my GTA IV mods, nor do I provide support for them.

 

As for that bug, it's unfixable anyway.

what is nor do? thanks for the comment, but when you make GTA IV Cops(with Original,EFLC,BETA and Fat Cops with GTA IV Cops and Gang memers as Cops Voices like your YCHOP) for GTA V normal Game and RDE as LSPD Officers and they work maybe with GTA V Cops together, whould be good

If you want to delete posts you can click the check box under the Avatars of the user who sent the message (check image below) - you can select as many as you like, and it will bring up a bar in the center middle of your screen with a bin in the on it, pressing that will delete them.
