GTA V Version cannot support LSPDFR

Just downloaded GTA V from Steam. When I follow instructions to download LSPDFR and RageHookPlugIn, the game won't launch because the current version of GTA V is not supported. I have tried to look for updates to ensure it's the latest version. No luck! Any ideas? What might I be doing wrong? Thank you

Have you installed the latest Ragehook, and scripthook? The one that comes with LSPDFR is an older version.

what update version
