So, I am very puzzled now at this point and very discouraged.

 

I have did fresh installs of mod folder, two times now.

 

Both times if i remove the mod folder & els, the game doesn't crash

 

When I mod the game and attempt to play it, I can play for maybe 3 minutes or less before it randomly crashes to desktop.

 

specs:

GeForce GTX 970 16gb.

i74790

16gb ram

64bit windows 10

120ssd

1ter hdd

 

I sort of think it could be this RPH, but maybe im totally off on that assumption.  

all i know is that i used to could play for hours at a time with ELS and a heavily modded game, now it crashes when driving around within a few minutes sometimes less than a minute.

 

Any help would be appreciated greatly...

after testing (removing mod folders) it's definitly something in my update.rpf when i removed update.rpf from my mods folder, the game runs fine.

whats your current game and RPH version?

its the most current available, which ever that is.

but i fixed my problem, it was something to do with my update.rpf file, i recopied it and now it works fine.  

now which file in the update.rpf who knows....

haha i've placed vehicle files and ped files in the wrong folders before and had issues where the game would crash immediately. might of been your mistake. glad you got it fixed man :)
