ELS lights dull, RADIANCE installed, settings MAX

Featured Replies

Hi, my ELS lights are dull. I never had this before, I re-installed my mods folder a while back, but I re-installed RADIANCE to, what makes them brighter but not like before, they are dull.

I know how this stuff works but I'm out off ideas and options. Suggestions?
