The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

I hadn't played LSPDFR for a few months. I tried to start playing today. I have the latest version of GTA V (the 1032 version) and I have the latest Script Hook V and RPH. I also updated my Albo plugins. I tried launching RPH as an administrator like I always do. The game launched from Steam like normal but once it got to the loading screen, it would load everything, then get stuck loading the last plugin (which is LSPDFR). It would play the music and just endless load.

 

I have tried clearing my Rockstar profile as well as remove Police SmartRadio which some people reported issues with. Still nothing. I also ran the Albo Troubleshooter and it found no issues.

 

I don't want to know if anyone else has this issue because I have searched the forums and many people seem to have the issue, but no one has a solution. Does anyone have a solution that has worked?
