  2. No I can't - just tried. Here is the error I get:
  3. I did a fresh Steam install and then added all the same plugins (updated to latest versions) that I have used in the past when the game worked. I launch from RAGE and the RAGE logo appears during boot up like normal but then it gets to the screen where the transparent box is supposed to come up and show "Loading Story Mode" "Loading and Populating Game World" etc - but that box never comes up. It just shows the chick in the bikini background. Then it gives me an error dialog box that says that I need to reboot and restart RAGE. It generates a RAGE crash report (see below.) HELP!     San Andreas Highway Patrol - Dodge Charger livery By: igotslickshoes Livery is based loosely off Mikofiticus Lumpkin County/BCSO Mini Pack 1.1.0 texture. Some of his design (sides, roof, basic text appearance) are used as inspiration for this. For use with Bxbugs123 LSPD/LSSD 2014 Dodge Charger Pursuit model. MODEL USED: Details: There are two versions of this texture. V1 is the base texture with "Slow The F Down" on both sides. V2 is the base texture without "Slow The F Down" for those who want a more realistic vehicle. Installation: Launch OpenIV and select Grand Theft Auto V from the menu Make sure you have the Bxbugs123 charger model loaded Search or navigate to the car you wish to use this for Turn on "Editing mode" Locate and open the desired vehicle .ytd files Replace "chr2_sign_1" file with the new livery (be sure to remove the _V1 or _V2 from the file name before you copy it over or else it won't work) Close OpenIV Do not use or upload elsewhere with permission.
  7. Any update on this? A few of the front LEDs don't work and same with a few of the side ones.
  8. LIGHTBAR ERROR: I followed the instructions and used OpenIV to add the 4 vehicle files to patchday4ng vehicle files. I did not do anything with the carcols file. The vehicle shows up for police3 but the lightbar is messed up. The lights are not even close to being as bright as in the video that's in the first review on this page. Also, lights are floating out in front of the vehicle. What am I doing wrong? No other vehicle mods are installed.
