I am trying to find out if anyone has made a plugin to make the suspects in police chases drive a little faster or if someone plans on making one.. I just hate when I'm chasing a suspect and it is a 50 mph chase..

Have you ever chased an Inferneus or a super GT? Pegassi!? Those are all fairly hard to catch up with.

the problem is I adjusted my handling.meta for all of my police vehicles so I am able to reach a max speed of 195 in about 13s .. I guess I could try to make those vehicles your talking about faster and see if the AI will drive that fast.., Thank you

What vehicle scripts are you using? That could be the problem. 

I'm not using a vehicle script..

So you're complaining that pursuits aren't fast enough because you made your car too fast? Why not go back to a sane handling line that doesn't give your police car unrealistic acceleration and top speed?

No matter what my handling line is if the car is only going 50mph it doesn't matter how fast my car can go. For some reason even if I'm chasing a bike the fastest they will go is 80mph. I don't want cars to go 195 but it would be nice if some chases would at least reach 100 to 115mph. Not too many chases in reality are faster than that

try to use handling from RDE or by Killatomate

This mod seams to work when it wants to but when it works, it works.  AI will push there vehicle to the limit https://www.gta5-mods.com/misc/faster-ai-drivers/download/5804
