i need someone to make skins for my vehicles for my clan i can send pictures and links of the vehicles i want to be used

How many members? Do you have a server? Will you give credit? 

Will these skins be clan exclusive or public release?

Do you want it to say San Andreas County where your referenced pictures say Detroit?  Then have Police below it?

yes thats what i want so it will say san andreas county on top then police on the bottom here i need to send you a different charger because that one doesn't work for some reason

No, haven't started because I didn't see your post, tag me next time. I am in the thick of school, so I don't now when I will have it done.
