I recently reinstalled my game to restart everything and to redo how I originally installed everything. I cannot install the main lspdfr because I apparently do not have rights to the police scanner files. I've tried changing the rights to everyone. I'm at a loss at what to do or try. It is now the only file I cannot get rid of. Unfortunately, that one file also won't allow the LSPDFR installation to finish. Advice?
