The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.
[16th April] LSPDFR Enhanced Preview has been updated to include a fix for users struggling to access the PD interior.

I do traffic stops or try to stop a walking ped. When I attempt to stop them, it automatically does a takedown and they surrender when all I want to do is simply ask for ID or arrest them normally.

That will not help in any way. His topic already exists, it is not deleted and people can see it so why repost it? It's worthless. It's better to have everything in one place as well.
