do you have any add-on cars installed? not replacement... add-on.

I do not, I started from a fresh copy of gta 5 and after installing Ragehook and LSPDFR my game crashes right after ragehook loads up. 

Try running RPH as an administrator. Also, what error message do you get, if you get one at all?

I tried that and the same problem happened. I get a error message from Ragehook saying '' The game has crashed. This may be due to a bug in the game itsself, in Rage Plugin Hook, in a plugin, or some outside issue like bad anti-virus or graphics card, etc.''

go into your antivirus settings and add an exception for your GTA folder.

already did that. I have windows defender thats it

Try launching GTAV first, wait for the launch to start playing the video and then start rage.

try installing the newest version of scripthook V.

Okay so i fixed the main issue with ragehook crashing on startup but now when im in game and press F4 there is no ragehook consol. Also the lspdfr police shield things on the map show up but lspdfr isnt loaded in. please help with this :)

ragehook consol is f5 right?

when you start the rage plugin hook click on the cog, select the plugins tab and check the plugins you want to run on startup.

I have mine set for F4 and I know what the problem is. I updated my Windows 10 to the new version thing available causing ragehook to mess up. others are having the same issue sadly 

Ah ok I must of changed mine. I take it you downloaded the latest rage hook plugin and overwritten the old one?
