The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.
[16th April] LSPDFR Enhanced Preview has been updated to include a fix for users struggling to access the PD interior.

I'm not an expert in this stuff, but maybe these two mods just don't work together.

    RDE was last updated on December 23, 2016

     

    Simple Trainer has been updated on April, 05 2017.

     

    And there have been .ini changes. This means that RDE will break Simple Trainer V by using an old version of the .ini file, because values will be missing.

     

    Re-install Simple Native Trainer.

    I'm having the same issue just now. Simple trainer by itself works fine. When the 2 are together, Simple Trainer doesnt work, and the RDE scripts don't work, so no police come after you. Its very strange.

    Yeah RDE was last updated a long time ago and is most likely not compatible.

    So is the issue related to RDE, or is it scripthook and scripthook.net? Becasue all the RDE cars and peds are working fine, the game doesn't crash, its just that the custom wanted level scripts don't work, which makes me think it might be an issue of the scripthook things not being up-to-date since yesterday that stupid ass "tiny racers" update came out...
