The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

I don't understand the point of signatures on this site. What the fuck is the point?

of course with a skin the color would like not to be change. You can try edit that skin in paint or paint.net. First click on the erase button and then make it super big so it will save you some times and delete everything that would make your car unmarked and ready for the trainer to change skin

I do remember a skin pack (I believe by Brad or somebody along those lines) where you could change the base colors of the skins, how is that pack different from others?
