The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

Can't "gotopd" without failing mission..

I am brand new to all this. I believe I've downloaded everything correctly. Once I'm in the game mode I hit F4 and type in LaunchPlugin "LSPD First Response.dll", then type in gotopd, I show up at the police station but it says I failed the mission. What do I need to do to get into the police station and actually become a police officer.

you might have been in the middle of something.......or you could just i dunno...drive to one?

The easiest ways to go on duty without driving to a police station are to do one of the following:

1) Load up the RAGE Plugin Hook console (F4) and enter "forceduty". However, this will not give you a police weapon loadout, nor will it give you a police ped or vehicle.

2) Using the keyboard, walk forward (W), then jump (Space) and immediately hit F9. This will put you on duty, give you a police weapon loadout, and give you a police ped. However, it won't give you a police vehicle so you will have to spawn one, either through the RAGE Plugin Hook console (F4) or with some sort of trainer.

Installing EUP will allow you to be any officer you wish, and you can create a loadout using Menyoo (these two are exactly what I use).

You probably haven't finished the first story mission.
